TMZ has learned Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson's three kids will not be in L.A. to commemorate the one-year anniversary of MJ's death.
Sources connected with the family tell TMZ the gang will be at Michael'sbirth place -- Gary, Indiana -- where they will observe the day.
We're told Katherine is set on Gary because she feels it is a "family point of connection" -- and it's just too crazy in L.A.
Our sources say Katherine, Prince, Paris, and Blanket will keep things private with relatives and friends in Gary.

I hope this is true. It would be good for Katherine and PPB to get out of CA for next week. Or for a couple of weeks. Being surrounded by close family and friends is better than attending tribute after tribute. I wish them well....

yes your right they need to get away from la not just for a week but for a month since the kids are on vacation from school
I wish them well, i pray for these children every day. I love them so much as much as i love my children. Michael Jackson i love you more than anything in this world.
